The Lantern Newsletter
This newsletter, The Lantern, will help communicate Rowell's historic assets vision for bridging community and heritage, leading it forward on a meaningful path, and always with the aim of illuminating the past and inspiring the future. The story and conversation surrounding the historic assets is evolving – it is moving forward with an expectation of inclusivity, broader dialogue, and engagement.
As part of the Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department, it is the aim of the Historic Assets Division to enhance and highlight the amazing resources that the City of Roswell so organically possesses. The primary resource is you, the community, and this will be reflected within the newsletter. Let's celebrate and move forward with common vision!

Kết quả xổ số hàng ngàyCelebrate the start of Roswell Roots 2021 with a special socially-distanced concert by OkCello! Okorie "OkCello" Johnson is an American cellist-songwriter whose artistry integrates cello performance, live-sound-looping, improvisation, and storytelling - all culminating in original compositions that collide classical with jazz, EDM, reggae, and funk. His music is inspired by the exploration of African diasporic melodies and narratives and their intersection with people's perceptions and assumptions about the classical and European nature of the cello. Tickets must be purchased in groups of 2 or 4 in order to ensure social distancing. Temperature check required prior to entry. Face mask required for all patrons for the duration of the event. Livestream option will also be available during the performance.
